扰流柱排内换热的实验研究

摘    要:在来流雷诺数为2000~100000的范围内,对装有扰流柱排的矩形通道内的局部换热系数进行了详细的测量,得到了扰流柱排强化换热的规律,对强化换热的机理进行了探讨。

Abstract:Detailed heat transfer measurements were performed by using 178 thermocouples in the channel with pin fin array.Local heat transfer coefficients and local heat transfer enhancement coefficients were obtained for the total eight Reynolds numbers ranging from 2000 to 100000 on the endwall of the channel.The endwall boundary conditions for the heat transfer investigation are heating bottom endwall and heating symmetrically on bottom and top endwalls.The mechanism of heat transfer enhancement with pin fin array has been elaborated.
