| 摘 要： | 本文叙述射频衰减计理保证方案(MAP)的数学模型及t检验和F检验方法。MAP是一种新的量值传递方法,中心实验室通过传递标准衰减器的传递,参加实验室用核查标准衰减器,使其参考标准测量过程不确定度控制在一定范围以内。

| Abstract: | This paper describes a mathematical model of MAP of the RF attenuation and t-check and F-check control methods. It is a new quantity transfer method. A transfer standard attenuator calibrated by the central laboratory's standard set, checks a standard attenuator used by participating laboratory so that the measurement process of laboratory's reference standard can be controlled in an uncertan range. |
