Aeroelastic deformation of a solid-propellant rocket engine during supercharging

Abstract:A problem of aeroelastic interaction between gas and a cylindrical structure in the course of supercharging is considered. To analyze the processes progressing in the system gas-deformable solid body, the unified difference method is implemented. The stress-strain state and gas-dynamic processes are analyzed with the use of the space-time mesh that is common for the gas and structure.
