摘    要:本文以试验结合数值模拟的方法,研究了一种利用彻体力场下封闭通道内流体的热驱动循环流动来强化换热的新型冷却方式。由显示实验清楚地拍摄到封闭通道内水的热驱动循环流动,同时通过实验和数值分析研究了水的运动和换热特性,实验和计算结果基本一致。研究表明在本文研究的参数范围内,只有当加热量超过30000W/m2时,流体的热驱动力才能克服阻力影响来驱使流体运动,同时加热端的平均换热系数达到了2500W/m2·K。此换热结构在高密度封装电子器件的冷却设计中将会有良好的运用前景。

Investigation of Liquid Thermal Driving in Small-Size Circular Enclosures

Abstract:With the development of technology,the integration of electric equipment is increasing greatly,and the new and high effective cooling methods are paid more and more attention.Experiments and 3D numerical simulations have been performed to investigate a new cooling method,which employs the thermal driving of fluid in small size circular enclosures to enhance heat transfer rate.A clear view of the fluid flow was kinescoped in the experiments and numerical simulations were applied to investigating the details of flow and heat transfer in the enclosure.The simulation result agrees well with that of the experiment.All results show that this new cooling scheme will have a good future if applied to the high efficient electronic cooling equipment.
