Optimization of System Parameters and Mass Distribution for Multi-stage Rocket(Missile) with Dynamic Programming

Dynamic programming was elaborated to apply to multi-stage missile design. Multi-stage missile's price function was found, and the sequential equation was worked out. The problem of multi-stage missile's mass distribution between stages was soluted with the new method, especially to simplify the difficulties of multi-varible non-liner restriction optimization about multi-stage missile's main design parameters. The lack which existed multi-stage rocket's optimization theory before was got over.
