| 摘 要： | 反倾销是世贸组织允许的少数合法的贸易保护措施之一。入世后，我国成为世界上遭受反倾销投诉最多的国家。如何面对反倾销，已经成为我国企业一个必须重视的问题。本文从我国企业遭受反倾销的现状及原因入手，阐释了面对反倾销的应对措施。

| Abstract: | Anti-dumping law is one of a few legal trade protective measures issued by World Trade Organization. China has become the most frequently complained country of anti-dumping since China entered WTO. Chinese enterprises are facing a serious problem that is how to deal with the anti-dumping activities from other countries. This article will analyze the current situations and reasons of the anti-dumping to Chinese enterprises and also explained the countermeasures to prevent anti-dumping from happening. |
