摘    要:由于钛合金具有比重小、比强度高、热强性高、热稳定性好、抗腐蚀性好等特点,因此,在飞机上的应用日趋广泛。用钛合金替代合金刚制造飞机结构零件,可以显著地减轻飞机质量,提高飞机的推重比,同时还可以提高飞机结构的抗热能力,使飞机进入更高的飞行范围,从而提高结构的可靠性和使用寿命。应用钛合金是提高飞机飞行性能的有效途径。本文针对某机后机身承力框61框下框段采用钛合金材料,(其牌号为Ti-1023,自由锻件厚度为70mm,结构形式由原来的“”型变为“工”型,零件由组合焊接变为机械加工,装配形式由铆接变为焊接),不仅解决了机械加工和焊接中的变形问题,而且同比可减轻质量1.271kg。

Abstract:Titanium alloy characterizes light specific gravity, highspecific strength,high heat strength,good temperature strength and good corrosion resistance, so it is widely used on aircrafts. Substitution of titanium alloy for alloy steel, used on aircraft structures, can significantly reduce the weight of aircraft, increse thrust-weight ratio, improve heat resistant capability of aircraft structure, and widen flying height of aircraft, so as to improve reliability and extend the life of the structure. The application of titanium alloy is an effective way to improve the flying performance of aircrfats. This article describes the titanium alloy applied on lower section of No 61 of carrying bulkhead of rear fuselage on certain aircraft (its designation is Ti-1023, thickness of open-die forging is 70mm, the form of structure is changed from"" to "I", parts are manufactured from combination welding to mechanical machining, and assemblies are made from riveting to welding,which not only solves the deformation in mechanical machining and welding, but also reduces the weight ofBF] 1.27kg.
