| 摘 要： | 青年教师是学校的骨干和中坚力量，调查分析青年教师队伍现状，对于加强青年教师队伍建设有着先导性作用。建立学习培训机制、绩效评价机制、酬薪分配机制、切实关心青年教师生活、构建和谐校园是调动发挥青年教师积极性、创造性的有效措施。
