| 摘 要： | 本文通过ＨｕｌｌＣｅｌｌ试验，小槽电镀，阴极极化曲线，定量分析和生产实践证实，在镀镍溶液中使用ＮＨ－Ｆ型除铁剂，不但使用方便，操作简单，除铁杂质效果好，而且铁离子在电镀过程中，能与离子形成共沉积，并获得优良镀层，是处理铁杂质的新工艺。

| Abstract: | By means of hull cell test.electroplating in small bath. Cathode polarigation care and guantitative analysis. it is confirmed that The addition of NH-F iron removing reagent to Nickel plating solution is very valid for removing iron from The solution. During electroplating. the Iron ion can co-deposit with Nickel ion, therefor,the high quality plating can be optained.For removing iron from nickel plating solution.this is a new method and is very convenient to use. |
