轴流压气机大小叶片特性试验

摘    要:介绍了轴流压气机大小叶片技术概况及国内外研究现状,简述了国内在涡轴发动机上应用此项技术的研制历程.通过进行部件试验和整机试验,对采用大小叶片技术后发动机性能的改善进行了分析.试验结果表明:采用新型轴流压气机后,发动机流量增加7.27%,功率提高20.79%,耗油率反而降低2.67%,充分验证了大小叶片技术的有效性.采用大小叶片这种先进的气动布局方案的轴流压气机,能够较大幅度提高发动机的性能,具有广阔的应用前景.

Abstract:Technologies of axial flow compressor with splitter and present status of researches on these technologies were introduced.The process of applying splitter blade to the turboshaft engine was explained.Based on component test and engine test on the engine test bed,the efficiency and the improvement of aeroengine performance installed with axial flow compressor with splitter were analyzed.The test result shows that the flow increases by 7.27%,the power increases by 20.79% and the specific fuel consumption(SFC...
