摘    要:本文通过对导弹发射车组合结构的动特性分析,试图探索一套针对大型复杂结构的组合结构动力学试验与分析技术。即以部件有限元动态分析和部件试验模态为基础进行部件试验/分析联合建模,在得到相对精确的部件数学模型后,以实用完备模态空间技术进行自由界面组合结构动特性分析。本文以导弹发射车组合结构为应用实例,验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性。

Abstract:A new Building-Block Approach for Combined Structural Dynamic Analysis is proposed and applied to a missile launch vehicle model. Test/Analysis Modeling of components, i.e. updating of their finite-element (FE) model based on dynamic characteristics obtained from modal testing is conducted to build relatively accurate mathematical models. FE model of the combined structure is then synthesized from updated components' FE models by employing free-interface technique based on the Complete Modal Space method. A missile launch vehicle model is adopted as a case study of the new building-block approach for combined structural dynamic analysis. Applicability and accuracy of the new approach are validated by comparisons of modal parameters obtained from analytical prediction of synthesized FE model and modal testing of the combined structure.
