基于16位微计算机的PWM波形生成系统的设计与实现

摘    要:介绍一种用16位单片微型计算机MCS-96生成三相PWM波形的系统。借助16位微计算机的优越性能及较高的运算速度和处理精度,从而有可能运用Park矢量原理控制逆变器电压矢量的导通规律,使气隙磁通轨迹跟踪十分接近圆形的24边形。由此设计并生成的三相PWM波形接近三相正弦PWM水平,大大提高了异步电机调速的精确度和稳定性。该系统同时又是一个灵活的控制系统,可提供各种要求的控制功能。

Abstract:This paper describes a generation PWM waveform system based on a 16-bit microcomputer MCS-96. With the aid of high operational speed and accuracy of the 16-bit single-chip microcomputer,so makes it possible to use Park's vector principle to control the transistors on or off to get a 24-sides magnetic flux linkage locus. The PWM generated by this scheme greatly improves the accuracy and the stability of the induction motor variable frequency speed control system. In addition,many functions as far as display,counting and timing are provided. This paper introduces the theory of magnetic flux linkage locus control and the method of designing PWM waveform. The block diagram of the hardware system based on a 16-bit single-chip microcomputer and the main flow chart of the control software are presented. Some conclusions are finally given in this paper.
