摘    要:讨论了用光弹性嵌片法(一种新的模型试验方法)进行飞机主起落架的实验应力分析。采用该方法解决了传统光弹性贴片法中的贴片增强效应问题,避免了在贴片边界,因泊松比不匹配引起的误差,从而提高了测试灵敏度。实验应力分析选用了与实物尺寸相同的模型试件,克服了模型制作过程中遇到的许多困难。该方法在一套试验模型上能够直观地进行多种载荷状态下主起落架表面应力场的分析比较,为主起落架结构优化设计方案提供了试验依据,故具有广泛的应用前景.测试数据的计算校核表明,试验结果是可信的,可作为主起落架结构减重修型的重要试验依据。关键词

Abstract:It is discussed that the method of photoelastic embedment (a kind of new model test method) is applied to experimental stress analysis of aircraft main landing gear. Using the method of photoelastic embedment,the problem of reinforcing effect in traditional photoelastic coating method is solved,the error caused by the unmatched of Poisson ratios on the edge of coating is avoided,and the measurement sensitivity is raised. The experimental stress analysis uses the model which has the same size with real structure,and overcomes a lot of difficulties which are met in the model producing. According to this method,it is possible to realize the analysis and comparison of the surface stress of main landing gear under various kinds of loading on one test model directly.cIt is a effective method and has a bright future of widespread application to provideeexperiment basis rapidly and econimically for the structure optimal design scheme of main landing gear.The experiment data are verified by the calculation;and it provides an iimportant experimetnal basis for the weighy-saving modificaton of main landing gear.
