逆升压电子设备冷却系统的微机控制

摘    要:逆升压电子设备冷却系统具有两种冷却方式─—冲压空气冷却方式和空气循环冷却方式,必须要有一套控制机构来自动选择系统的冷却方式。文中分析了以往的机械传动控制方法和基于三点温度的微机控制方法,并指出这两种控制方法的缺点。最后提出一种新的基于飞行高度及马赫数的微机控制方法。

Abstract:The reverse-bootstrap air cycle environmental control system for electronic components offers a distinct advantage in terms of overall system size, weight and cost.There are two cooling modes used in the environmental control system: the low ram air speed cooling mode, and the high ram air speed cooling mode. It is desirable to provide an apparatus for cooling electronic components in an aircraft that the high speed cooling mode may be switched to a low speed cooling mode automatically and vice versa. In this paper,two control apparatus of mechanical drive or temperature at three points are analysed, their defects are pointed out. At last, a new computer control method based on flying height and Mach number is also presented in the paper.
