| 摘 要： | 本通过多元线性回归方法研究了钳工操作技能相关的一些因素，结果表明：钳工是一种专业针对较强的工种，男性在钳工实操技能方面女性具有较强的优势，工人的理论水平对实操技能有较大影响。工人的身高，体重等对钳工实操技能没有明显影响。
