舵机排气量超差故障分析及排除方法

摘    要:通过对导弹舵机排气量超差故障的分析,找出故障原因是柱塞与堵头接触的环形面积太小,使堵头产生不具有可恢复性的形变而发生漏气现象。提出用更换堵头材料和改变柱塞阀座底座形状的方法来排除故障的措施。

Abstract:Through the analysis of missile serve mechanism air displacement ultra difference breakdown,We find that the breakdown reason is that the plunger and the caulking contact ring-like area is too small which causes the unrecoverable deformation of caulking that lead to the phenomenon of air leakage.The measure proposed to eliminate the fault is the replacement of caulking material and the change of foundation shape of the plunger valve.
