航天器太阳能电池阵驱动系统激扰因素辨识与扰动机理分析

摘    要:建立了典型太阳能电池阵驱动系统(SADS)精细动力学模型,开展了扰动特性地面试验测试,讨论了产生扰动的必要条件,分析了直接激扰因素及其对应扰动的时频特点。结果表明:所建动力学模型分析结果与试验测试扰动数据吻合良好(误差<10%);刚体转动角加速度和模态振动加速度不同时为零是引起驱动系统扰动的前提条件;细分驱动、电机磁场非线性、时变齿轮啮合参数等是驱动系统的主要内部激扰因素;扰动力矩一般均具有周期变化特点,扰动成分集中在激扰频率及其高倍频附近,扰动幅度随细分驱动步距、齿槽激扰幅度、电磁激扰幅度和啮合参数变化幅度的增大而提高。

Abstract:A precise system dynamics model of the solar arraydrive system (SADS) is established, the disturbance characteristics test in theground environment is carried out, the essential condition for generatingdisturbance is discussed, and the disturbing factors of SADS as well as theirdisturbance characteristics in time and frequency domain are analyzed. Theresults show that the analysis results based on the dynamic model establishedagree well with the experimental data with the error less than 10%. Thepreconditions causing disturbance of SADS are that the rotation accelerationand modal vibration acceleration are not equal to zero at the same time. Thesubdivision drive of the controller, nonlinear magnetic field of the steppermotor and time varying meshing parameters of the gear are the main interiordisturbing factors. The disturbance torque generally varies periodically. Thedisturbance component concentrates in the vicinity of the excitation frequencyand its multiplication frequency. The disturbance amplitude increases with theraise of the subdivision stepping distance, amplitude of variation of meshingparameters and amplitude of fluctuation of the cogging and high order electromagnetic torque.
