便携式舵机测试系统的设计与应用

摘    要:在介绍了便携式舵机测试系统的设计原理,硬件组成以及程序设计方法。便携式舵机测试系统设计过程中应用了"虚拟仪器"技术。在计算机硬件平台上由软件取代传统仪器中的硬件,完成测试过程控制、数据采集和分析处理等操作。整个系统按照通用化、模块化的要求设计,便于测试系统的维护和升级。提高了舵机测试的自动化水平。

Abstract:The design principle,hardware composing and software measure of portable control actuator measurement system are presented.Virtual instrumentation technology is applied during the design of control actuator measurement system.The software replaced by traditional instrument to accomplish the process control,data acquisition,analysis depends on computer hardware.The whole system design accords to currency and modularization principle.It's easy to maintenance and upgrade the system.The control actuator automatization measure level is improved.
