风洞天平校准的因子法、正交法及单元校

摘    要:本文证明瑞典航空研究院天平校准用的因子法与我国多元校用的正交法同属正交法。这不仅有助于正确认识这两种方法,而且对多元校实现自动加载会带来方便。从天平静校与风洞实验结果看,用单元校、因子法与正交法对天平校准将具有相同的准确度。本文提出载荷状态变化量并以其为标准来计算三种校准方法的加载量时发现,单元校的载荷状态变化量最少,因而其加载劳动量也最小。但是,单元校时必须重视对静校装置寄生分量的分析,而因子法与正交法则具有对静校装置寄生分量的平均效应。显然,本文的主要论点与国内一般看法不同且有新意,这将有助于对校准方法的研究,同时对静校装置的应用和设计都将会是有益的。

Abstract:The factorial method of wind tunnel balance calibrationin FFA is algo the arthogonal method of multi-unite calibration in ourcountry and it is proved in this paper.Not only is this advantageousfor the correct understand of these methods but the autoweighting formulti-unite calibration is convenient.The results of balance calibrationand experiment of wind tunnel show that the balances of strain gagehave the same accuracy by means of the unite calibration and the artho-gonal method and the factorial method for the balahce calibration.Inthis paper,the variation quantity of loading state is proposed and it isa criterion to count weighting quantity of the three calibration methods.From the obtained results we may discover that the variation quantity ofloading state for unite calibration is the smallest and the amount of la-bour for weighting is the least.But in the unite calibration we have topay great attention to the analysis of parasitic components for the cali-bration rig.The factorial method and the arthogonal method have theaverage effect for the parasitic comonents of calibration rig.The main ideasin this paper are different from general ideas in our country.This paperwill be useful to study calibration methods and to apply and design cali-bration rig.
