压电陶瓷晶片受迫振动分析及其应用

摘    要:从基本压电方程出发,推导了压电陶瓷晶片面内受迫振动计算公式,并结合共振实验,提出了一种直接测量压电陶瓷晶片压电常数的方法.与传统的压电常数测量方法相比较,本方法具有许多优点.由于减少了中间环节,测量结果的精度也得到了提高.

Abstract:The formula of the in plane forced vibration of piezoelectric materials plates is presented based upon the fundamental piezoelectric equations, then a direct method of measuring the piezoelectric constant of piezoelectric materials is developed by combining the response formula of the in plane forced vibration of piezoelectric materials plates with the resonance test. The resonance test is carried out by using laser vibratormeter that has high measurement accuracy and do not need sensors, made the test more convenient. Comparing with the traditional method of measuring the piezoelectric constant, the present method has much more advantages. The accuracy of the measuring results is also raised due to the reduction of intermediate links.
