摘    要:在研究蜗轮蜗杆传动优化数学模型的基础上,以蜗轮的体积最小为优化目标函数,提出了利用MATLAB的优化工具箱对蜗杆传动进行优化设计的方法。与传统设计方法比较,该方法既满足了强度要求,又大大减小了蜗轮蜗杆机构的体积,提高了设计效率和质量。

Abstract:The establishment of optimum mathematical model of the worm transmission helps to determine the objective function as the minimization of a worm wheel.This paper puts forward the method to design the worm transmission by MATLAB optimization toolbox.Compared with the traditional method,the method not only meets the required strength,but also reduces the volume of the worm wheel and enhances the efficiency and quality.
