摘    要:作者系统地研究了影响直升机增速齿轮传动中大齿轮齿根弯曲疲劳应力的诸因素,并推导出包括齿间滑动摩擦力在内的实际外载荷作用下大齿轮齿根弯曲疲劳应力计算公式。研究表明,齿间摩擦力对大齿根弯曲疲劳强度的影响不可忽视。

Abstract:The author of this article has systematically made researches on various factors wich affect the bending fatigue stress on the tooth root of the driving gear in the increasing speed gearing in a helicopter,and derived the formulas for calculating the bdeding fatigue stress on the tooth root of the driving gear in the increasing speed gearing which is subjected to the actual loads including the sliding friction between teeth.It has been proved by researches that the effect of the sliding friction between teeth on the bending fatigue strength of the tooth root of the driving gear in the increasing speed gearing should not be neglected.
