摘    要:槽道热管是航天器较为常用的一种热控产品,其中截面特征尺寸小于5mm的微型槽道热管主要用于空间光学遥感器CCD器件的散热,在设计、加工等环节均具有较高的技术难度。文章设计了一种5mm×4mm矩形截面、内部槽道为梯形的微型热管,对热管传热性能进行了理论计算和试验验证,最终确定了较为理想的槽道几何参数。研究结果表明:该种微型热管的极限传热能力为4.77W·m,极限负载下的轴向温度均匀性优于±0.5℃。

Abstract:Grooved heat pipe is widely used in the field of spacecraft thermal control. The design and process of miniature grooved heat pipe for cooling CCD device with feature size less than 5mm are highly difficult. In this paper, a kind of micro heat pipe is designed, whose rectangular cross section is 5mm×4mm and internal channel is trapezoidal. We calculate its maximum heat transfer capability and conduct an experimental research to make comparison with the analytical result. According to the analytical and experimental results, we determined its ideal channel geometry. The results indicate that the maximum heat transfer capability of the micro heat pipes is 4.77W.m, and the axial temperature uniformity is ±0.5℃.
