Ansys在镀锌锅空间温度场分析中的应用

摘    要:利用Ansys对镀锌锅上方空间的温度场进行模拟。在模拟过程中,利用Ansys软件中的FlotranCFD模块建立模型,计算锌锅上方空间的流场和温度场分布情况,分析温度的主要影响因素,为热镀锌生产线的工程设计提供了理论依据。此方法也为温度分析提供了一种新的思路。

Abstract:The Ansys(analysis system) was employed,when the temperature field of the space was imitated above the galvanizing bath. During the simulation,the model was created based on of the Flotran CFD module. The airflow field above the galvanizing bath is computed,then the solution of temperature field was gained. The results were used for analyzing the factors to affect temperature field organizing over the zinc .plating bath and offering data reference for an automatic hot galvanizing production line designing. The method is also a new trying to analyze the temperature.
