层板与旋转轴所成角度对受限层板换热能力的影响

摘    要:
采用数值模拟的方法对旋转状态下受限层板在不同层板与旋转轴所成角度条件下的换热特性进行研究,得出了层板与旋转轴所成角度对层板换热能力的影响规律.结果表明:层板与旋转轴所成角度不同时,表面传热系数呈现一定的相似性;层板与旋转轴所成角为90°和270°时表面传热系数最高,浮升力的影响最小,层板与旋转轴所成角度为0°和180°时,表面传热系数最低,浮升力的影响最大;将科氏力和浮升力对换热能力的影响单独研究,平行于层板的科氏力比垂直于层板的科氏力对流体的影响强烈.

Abstract:
Heat transfer characteristics in condition of different angles between lamilloy and rotation axis in limited lamilloy under rotating state was researched by numerical simulation. The relation between lamilloy heat transfer capacity and angle between lamilloy and rotation axis was acquired. Results show that surface heat transfer coefficients present similar characteristic with different angles between lamilloy and rotation axis. The surface heat transfer coefficient is highest and the effect of buoyancy force is smallest when the angles between lamilloy and rotation axis are 90°and 270°. The surface heat transfer coefficient is lowest and the effect of buoyancy force is biggest when the angles between lamilloy and rotation axis are 0°and 180°. The effects of Coriolis force and buoyancy force are researched separately. The effect of Coriolis force in parallel to the lamilloy on flow is more remarkable than that perpendicular to the lamilloy.
