| 摘 要： | 在机械传动中,梯形丝杠与大小螺母的配合是一种常见的结构,而梯形丝杠中的大、小螺母的加工又是一个关键问题,结合工程实际提出了梯型螺母在加工检验中存在的中径精度问题,并就此问题进行了详细讨论和理论分析,并且给出了解决问题的方法,对于同类零件的加工也具有指导意义.

| Abstract: | In the mechanical drive,the trapezoidal guide screw and the big and small nut coordination is one kind of common structure,but in the trapezoidal guide screw big and small nut processing also is a key question.Based on the project the pitch diameter precision question was proposed which exists in the rapezoidal nut processing examination,and has carried on the detailed discussion and the theoretical analysis on this question,and has produced the solved means.It also has the guiding sense regarding the similar components processing. |
