本文分析了“旅游者”号(AD-100)超轻型飞机的结构工艺性,包括全玻璃钢复合材料结构的工艺协调方案的选定,和所采取的独特的制造工艺方法。经数架飞机的研制表明,所采取的措施是可行的、有效的。 文中还简要地探讨了复合材料及其胶接结构的无损检测问题和“旅游者”号超轻型飞机的零部件向完全互换过渡的解决途径。

The Manufacture of Ultralight Aircraft "TRAVELLER" (Model AD-100) Made of Composite Materials

The structural technology of "TRAVELLER" ultralight aircraft is analyzed in this paper. In connection with the feature of developing "TRAVELLR" in a very short period the selection of the project coordina ting the technology the ultralight aircraft made of all composite materials-fiberglass and the special method of technology employed to developed the aircraft are discussed in detail. After few prototypes have been developed it is shown that the measures employed are possible and effective.Finally, the problems about non-destructive testing on composite materials and sticking structures and the transition problems of complete interchange of the parts of "TRAVELLER" and the way to solve problems are inquired into briefly.
