摘    要:提出一种基于Lamb波结构损伤诊断技术的边界反射效应控制方法。首先利用结构几何形状的对称性,合理设计STMR阵列的布置形式和信号收发策略;然后通过将对称位置获得的传感信号相减,来消除边界反射效应对损伤诊断结果的影响,从而实现边界附近损伤和缺陷的准确识别检测。仿真分析结果表明:该方法不仅可提高结构损伤诊断的精度,有效克服目前基于Lamb波的结构损伤诊断技术存在检测盲区的缺陷,而且操作简单,不需要进行复杂的数值计算,因而在实际工程应用中具有更好的发展前景。

Abstract:A control method for the boundary reflection in the Lamb wave-based structural damage detection is presented. Firstly, a reasonable design of the STMR array form and a strategy for the signal receiving & sending are given based on the geometric symmetry of structure.Then, the signals from the symmetrical sensors are subtracted to eliminate the influence of the boundary reflection in the Lamb wave-based structural damage detection and to achieve an accurate identification of the structural damage near the border. Simulation results show that this method not only improves the accuracy of the structural damage detection but also effectively avoids the non-detection zone. This method does not involve complex numerical calculations and has good prospects for engineering applications.
