几种液体火箭发动机喷注器的研制

介绍了几种液体火箭发动机喷注喷研制中出现的技术问题及其解决途径。同时,对双组元离心式喷嘴流量偏差作了分析,探讨了控制流量偏差的方法。提出的一种身部内冷却装置,采用斜齿缝隙钎焊整体式结构,在中等推力液体火箭发动机中进行试验得出初步结论。

THE DEVELOPMENT OF SOME KINDS OF INJECTOR IN LRE

By giving some examples, the key technology of injector head design in LRE is discussed in the paper. The number of injectors is limited on the head of LRE chambers, and the injectors always differ some what from one another with respect to their parameters due to inevitable manufacturing errors. All these will result in inhomogeneous distribution at the same section of the chamber. Some experiences drawn from the development of internal cooling ring of the chamber body are also presented.
