基于定性模型的液体火箭发动机故障诊断

摘    要:建立了液体火箭发动机各类部件在正常和故障状态下的定性工作模式库,然后根据液体火箭发动机系统的拓补结构和系统的定性故障特征寻找系统全局定性解,并依据全局解中各个部件的状态来确定系统的故障部件。方法具有较好的解释性,在计算机上实现只需少量的内存和执行时间。另外,该方法用节点支路关联矩阵来表示系统的拓扑结构,具有一定的通用性。

Abstract:A qualitative method of fault diagnosis for liquid rocket engine is proposed, in which,qualitative patterns of components working in normal and abnormal condition are established. Thefault components can be found according to the global qualitative solution of the system and the working condition of each component. It may take less memory and CPU-execute time to run the algorithmbased on this method for the computation. Node-Branch relation matrix is used to describe the topologic construction of the engine system, which makes the method multi-applicable.
