摘    要:为改善风云二号(FY-2)C气象卫星有效载荷扫描辐射计及其他星上仪器的热环境温度,采用前太阳屏增加散热面、二次分离环提高散热能力,以及重组与补充热控电加热器方案对其热控分系统进行了优化,并用仿真分析和局部试验替代了热平衡试验验证.C星飞行结果表明,优化后的热控分系统具有良好的调控和适应能力,工作稳定,性能指标全部满足要求.说明C星的热设计优化正确有效,为扫描辐射计光机提供了优良的热环境温度.

Abstract:To improve the thermal environment of scanning radiometer for FY-2C meteorological satellite,the measures such as increasing radiator of solar screen, heightening heat dissemination of second separation ring,and reorganizing and supplying electric heater were taken to optimize the thermal control subsystem in this paper.The simulation analysis and partial test were used to replace thermal balance approval.The flying result of FY-2C satellite showed that the optimized thermal control subsystem had a good ability of control,adjustment and adapting,which operated stably.The performance satisfied the requirements.All these proved that the thermal design optimization of FY-2C satellite was correct and effective,and provided the sensor of scanning radiometer a good thermal environment.
