涡轮基组合动力技术发展分析

摘    要:在高超声速推进系统中,涡轮基组合动力装置凭借宽广的飞行范围和良好的比冲性能,成为临近空间飞行器的主要候选动力装置。历经几十年发展,其在关键技术方面取得了诸多突破,目前正向着工程研制方向迈进。通过对国外TBCC动力技术的发展路径、技术特点、研制经验进行系统分析,认为TBCC动力技术研究主要围绕高速涡轮发动机、冲压发动机以及组合循环发动机的技术验证开展。用于TBCC动力的涡轮发动机首选是现有发动机的改进,未来可能在继承涡轮发动机先进技术的基础上,针对高马赫数任务场景等特点进行适应性设计,发展高速涡轮发动机;冲压发动机技术进展显著,但还需向大尺寸方向发展;模态转换技术虽然取得一定突破,但还需深入验证。基于未来临近空间飞行器的需求,立足于现有技术基础和可预见的技术方向,分析提出了TBCC动力技术发展建议:提前开展关键技术预研、基于现有资源发展演示验证平台及进行基于技术发展需求的飞发协同设计。

Considerations on the Development of Turbine-Based Combined Cycle Engine

Abstract:In hypersonic propulsion systems, the Turbine-Based Combined Cycle engine (TBCC engine) has become the main candidate power for near-space vehicles due to its wide flight range and good specific impulse performance. After decades of development, many breakthroughs have been made in key technologies, and now it is moving towards the direction of engineering research and development. Through a systematic analysis of the development path, technical characteristics, and development experiences of foreign TBCC engines, it is believed that the research of TBCC engines mainly focuses on the technical verification of high-speed turbine engines, ramjet engines, and combined cycle engines. The preferred choice of turbine engine for TBCC propulsion is to improve an existing turbine engine, in the future, it is possible to inherit advanced technology from the turbine engine and develop a high-speed turbine engine adapting to the characteristics of high Mach number mission scenarios. Ramjet technology has made remarkable progress, but it still needs to develop towards larger dimensions. Although mode transition technology has made some breakthroughs, it still needs in-depth verification. Based on future requirements of near-space vehicles, considering the current status and foreseeable direction of technology, suggestions for TBCC engine development are proposed: Conducting pre-research of key technologies in advance, developing demonstration platforms based on existing resources, and Conducting engine-vehicle collaborative design based on technical development requirements.
