舰载机维修保障力量需求研究

摘    要:战备完好率是舰载机最重要的军事效能指标之一,维修保障力量是维持和恢复舰载机战备完好率、保证舰载机持续作战能力的关键。基于飞机状态转移过程,根据维修组与待维修飞机的数量关系,构建了不同状态飞机数量动态变化的数学模型,讨论了不同的维修保障能力下平均完好飞机数量变化情况,并根据战备完好率指标分析了维修保障力量需求情况。仿真结果显示,模型能够较为清晰地表达出维修保障力量变化对舰载机战备完好率的影响,对于舰载机维修保障力量的部署有实际的参考价值。

Abstract:The maintenance support force is the key factor to maintain and renew the operational readiness and insure the aircraft the maintenance unit and aircraft ability waitin to do battle continuously. According to the quantitative relation of g for maintaining, the average quantitative dynamic changing mathematic model of aircraft in different states was construted. Then the average quantitative change of aircraft being in good condition was studied. At last, the requirement of maintenance support force was analyzed based on the indexes of operational readiness. The simulation showed that the model could reflect the influence of maintenance support force on the operational readiness clearly, and it was viable for deploying maintenance support force
