空间应用的微机的发展和趋势

摘    要:本文综述了近年来空间用微处理器的发展情况,其中主要包含下列三个方面:(1)有关空间微处理器在欧洲、印度和日本卫星方面的典型应用,尤其是冗余和容错技术在提高可靠性和有效工作寿命的应用。(2)导致微处理机瞬时失效的主要原因─单粒子翻转(SEU)现象及其克服的方法,特别是容错技术在这方面所能起的作用。(3)近年来发展趋势与展望。

Abstract:In this paper, the developments of space microprocessor in recent years are discussed, The content is divided into 3 sections: (a) the typical applications of space.microprocessors in Europe, India and Japan. Particularly the use of redundent and fault-tolerant techniques to increase the reliability and effective operating period is pointed out, (b) the single event upset (SEU) which is the main cause of instantaneous errors in microprossors can be overcome in several ways, and fault-tolerant technique is one of effective ways,(c)perspect and trend of development in recent years.
