摘    要:以3工位作动筒的创新设计为例,介绍了发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)解决产品创新问题的一般过程,分析了如何将实际问题抽象为TRIZ语言,并利用TRIZ指导设计过程等实际问题的过程。重点阐述了TRIZ中ARIZ算法在产品创新过程中的具体应用,并用TRIZ中的创新原理对方案进行了优化。

Innovative Design of Three-operate-position Actuator Based on TRIZ

Abstract:Taking example for the innovative design of three-operate-position actuator, the general process of solving product innovation on TRIZ theory was introduced. The paper explained how to abstract actual problems into TRIZ theory and guiding them such as design process by TRIZ. Specific application of ARIZ arithmetic in TRIZ theory in the course of product innovation was emphasized, and the project was optimized by the innovative principles in the TRIZ theory.
