新体制天波超视距雷达的发展与研究

摘    要:从天波超视距雷达的功能组成与特性出发,就当前天波超视距雷达在系统结构、信号处理等方面存在的问题进行了整理分析,提出了传统天波超视距雷达的改进方法与思路,总结了当前新体制天波超视距雷达的研究进展与热点,对比了两种MIMO(Multiple|Input Multiple|Output, MIMO)体制天波雷达特点,重点研究了基于多输入多输出(MIMO)体制与二维阵列的新体制天波超视距雷达,并对相应关键技术与解决方案进行了深入研究与分析,最后指出了其需要解决的问题与发展方向。

Abstract:On the basis of the function structure and characteristics of skywave over the horizon radar(OTHR), the problems of its system structure and signal processing are addressed and analyzed, and the ameliorated  means and thought of the traditional skywave over the horizon radar are presented. Then the current research evolvement and hotspots of the new system skywave radar are proposed, and characteristics of the two MIMO (Multiple Input Multiple Output) OTHR are contrasted. The new system skywave radar based on MIMO and 2 D array is illuminated, and some key techniques and approaches way are discussed in detail. Finally the future development direction and follow up problems are pointed out.
