自适应RLS算法及其在SINS/SAR组合导航中的应用

摘    要:在捷联惯导(SINS)/合成孔径雷达(SAR)组合导航系统中,SAR的匹配定位信息往往数量有限,而且时间间隔互不相等。提出一种自适应递推最小二乘(RLS)算法用于组合导航。该算法将正交性原理应用于最小二乘算法中,通过构造自适应渐消因子,实现时变参数的自适应估计,给出了自适应RLS算法的递推公式,并从理论上分析了该算法的收敛性。仿真结果验证了自适应RLS算法用于SINS/SAR组合导航系统的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:The time-varying parameter estimation is a challenging problem in strapdown inertial navigation system(SINS)/synthetic aperture radar(SAR) integrated navigation systems because SAR measurements are fairly few and have unequal intervals.Based on the orthogonality principle,an adaptive recursive least square(RLS) algorithm of SINS/SAR integrated navigation systems is proposed.The adaptive RLS can estimate the time-varying parameters by constructing adaptive fading factors.The adaptive RLS algorithm is deduced...
