摘    要:通过分析某产品固定框的结构特点和材料特性,制定了加工工艺方案,确定了数控程序编制原则,并选择合理的切削参数和刀具,经过小批量生产验证,证明满足设计要求,加工效果良好。

Abstract:By analyzing the structural characteristics and material properties of the product fixing frame,machining processing plan is framed and principles of numerical control programming are defined,then valid cutting parameters and cutting tools are chosen.Small batch production proves that it can meet the design requirements and has good processing effect.
