| Abstract: | The article makes the analysis on the circulation of external interest of a company from the aspect of "three-support policy," and suggests that the circulation of external interest will be faced with the new trend of "cooperativity" in terms of internal power configuration.This will have the given impact on the interests of company shareholders and related stakeholders as well as the company’s long-term development. |
