民用飞机空调系统仿真分析

摘    要:建立了系统主要部件数学模型,利用Matlab/Simulink平台开发了系统部件仿真模块、驾驶舱/客舱热载荷等模块,并搭建了某民用飞机空调系统仿真模型.在某国产商用飞机空调系统上加装了测试装置,并进行试验测试.通过仿真分析及试验结果比对发现,参数误差在2%以内,由此表明:建立的仿真模块具有较高的精度,提出的建模方法合理有效,对飞机空调系统设计、优化及适航符合性验证具有较高的使用价值.

Abstract:The mathematic models of civil aircraft air conditioning system (ACS ) main components were built, and corresponding simulation modules, together with cabin/cockpit heat load module etc were developed on the Matlab/Simulink platform. By applying the built component modules, the ACS simulation model was established. The flight test instrumentation was installed on domestic civil commercial aircraft ACS and the test was conducted. By comparison with the test data, it is found that the error of the simulation results is within 2%. This shows that high accuracy of the simulation module and valid simulation methods have been achieved. It is of great value in civil aircraft ACS design, optimization and airworthiness compliance/verification.
