航空发动机CCAR33-R2.75条款适航符合性验证方法研究

摘    要:针对航空发动机适航取证的安全性需求,对航空发动机CCAR33-R2.75适航条款进行了解读与分析,明确了该条款的验证要求和方法.将功能危险分析法、故障树分析法和故障模式与影响分析法运用到该验证方法中,并提出了航空发动机CCAR33-R2.75条款适航符合性验证的流程.最后对某型航空发动机进行实例分析,验证了发动机不可控火情对CCAR33-R2.75条款的符合性.该安全性验证方法能够为航空发动机CCAR33-R2.75条款适航符合性验证提供支持.

Abstract:Aiming at the security requirements of aeroengine airworthiness certification,the airworthiness terms of CCAR33-R2.75was studied and analyzed, and the validation requirements and methods were determined. Function hazard analysis method, fault treeanalysis method, failure mode method and effect analysis method were utilized in the process. The certification procedure of aeroengine wasproposed complying with CCAR33-R2.75. Finally, example analysis of an aeroengine was performed, the validation of uncontrolled fire wascomplied with CCAR33-R2.75. The method can support the aeroengine CCAR33-R2.75 terms airworthiness compliance verification.
