| 摘 要： | 提出一种截尾数据整体估计方法。该方法能够将仿真(或数字化设计)结果与截尾试验数据或不完全数据有机结合,实现多个状态下(多个母体)截尾试验数据或不完全数据的整体推断,从而建立各状态下正态分布、极值分布和Weibull分布等位置-尺度分布族的参数估计量,给出母体百分位值的置信限和置信区间估计。与传统方法相比,该方法具有信息量大,精度高的特点,能够进行极小子样可靠性评定。文中还给出一种利用截尾试验数据或不完全数据对仿真结果进行检验的方法。

| Abstract: | An integral estimate method for censored data or incomplete data of valuable products is presented. Combining the results of simulation or digital design and censored data or incomplete data,it can totally infer the censored data or the incomplete data in multi-state (for multi-population).And then,in each state,it can derive the estimators of the location and the scale parameter,and the confidence limits and intervals of population percentiles.Compared with traditional method,this presented method not only has higher precision but also solves the problem of reliability assessment with very small sample.Another method is also presented,which can test the results of simulation or digital design with censored data or incomplete data. |
