| 摘 要： | 分析了人为因素概念模型SHEL中最重要、最灵活的一个界面——“人-人”界面。说明空中交通管制员工作时要进行大量协调沟通工作，管制员资源管理直接影响着空中交通服务的安全和效率。探讨了管制员资源管理的训练内容及实施方法。
