摘    要:采用真空感应加电渣重熔冶炼技术生产的1Cr18Ni10Ti不锈钢,其冶金质量和全面性能较以前相比均有很大提高。通过对1Cr18Ni10Ti棒材样品疲劳断口的研究分析表明,材料的疲劳性能与冶金质量、内部组织结构、试件表面完整性有关。改变热处理制度能显著提高材料的疲劳寿命,在其他条件相同的情况下,样品的表面完整性对疲劳寿命有很大影响。在试验过程中发现,疲劳裂纹源多为机加工留在表面的刀痕、划痕。

Abstract:Cr18Ni10Tistainless steels have been produced by vacuum influence and electric reminder remelting smelt technology, possessing very advance in metallurgy quality and entire properties. Via research on 1Cr18Ni10Tifatigue fracture surface, itself fatigue behaviour relate to metallurgy quality?inner organize?surface integrality of specimen .Changing heat treatment system can notability improve fatigue life of alloy.In else same condition, surface integrality of specimenhave very effect to fatigue life. In the present work discovering, cutter mark of machining become surfacefatigue crack fountain.
