QFD技术在无人机研制质量控制中的应用

摘    要:以无人机为研究对象,利用质量工程技术-质量功能展开(Quality function deployment,QFD),采用ASI阶段分析法和相关矩阵形式进行分析计算,从军方无人机需求,逐步转化为技术需求、工艺特征,确定无人机的质量控制方法,以保证军方需求的实现.通过分析和研究,给出了相应的质量保证措施和方法.

Abstract:Aimed at the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) manufacture, the issue of production research and development guarantee as well as the quality improvement are described. The quality function deployment (QFD) is used. And the ASI step-by-step analysis and the correlative matrix method are adopted for analyzing and calculating. To convert the demand of army UAV into the technical requirements and technology character, the quality control method is determined to meet the army needs. By the analysis,the corresponding quality guarantee measure and its methods are given.
