意外点火时燃气排导系统流场仿真分析

摘    要:根据舰载垂直发射系统的结构特点,对其物理模型进行了简化,并通过采用Fluent软件求解三维、雷诺平均N-S方程的方法,利用κ-ε二方程模型,对导弹意外点火情况下垂直发射装置燃气排导系统内的压强分布特性进行了模拟分析,尤其是对当排气盖部分被冲破瞬间以及排气盖盖体被冲破1块、2块和3块这几种情况下的排导系统内部的压强分布特性进行了模拟计算.通过数值模拟,得到了在导弹意外点火情况下,燃气排导系统内部不同位置的压强分布规律,并给出了一些特性曲线,对垂直发射装置的机械强度设计有很大的参考价值.

Abstract:Based on the structure of vertical launching system(VLS),the physical model is simplified and three-dimensional N-S equations are solved by Fluent software with k-ε model.The pressure distribution patterns of the gas flow under the circumstance of missile thunderbolt ignition are simulated,especially when the exhaust cover is broken through partly and the time after 1,2,3 blocks small cover are broken through.By applying the numerical simulation,the pressure distribution patterns of the gas flow in gas exhaust are obtained,and some contours and information are given.The results of simulation are of great value to the mechanism intension design of VLS.
