外部超单元在民用飞机整机静力分析中的应用研究

摘    要:基于MSC.NASTRAN软件,推导得出超单元用于静力分析的理论基础,提出外部超单元在民用飞机中的应用流程,将吊挂结构做为外部超单元,静力计算中,通过与传统计算结果对比表明,外部超单元与传统计算结果吻合程度较好,且节省了约97%的计算时间和93%的存储空间。

Abstract:Based on MSC. NASTRAN software, a theory of super-element used in structure static analysis is deducted. The application procedure of the external super-element in civil aircraft structure analysis is proposed. The external super-element technology is adopted to deal with the finite element model of a pylon. Compared results show that, in static analysis the calculation results of external super-element are relatively consistent with those of the traditional calculation. Furthermore, about 97% of the computing time and 93% of the memory space are saved.
