摘    要:以高亚声速运输机机翼为例,介绍了使用CATIA软件创建机翼几何外形参数化模型的方法。机翼的设计参数主要为机翼主梯形面积、展弦比、根梢比、1/4弦长后掠角、后缘转折位置、上反角及若干站位处的翼型及扭转角。根据以上初始设计参数,机翼的其它几何参数通过模型中内嵌的公式计算得出。模型中还包含设计完成后机翼的实际面积、机翼容积等后处理参数,可供设计参考。所生成模型中的参数可通过二次开发程序访问和修改,从而可在气动优化工作中实现快速的机翼几何外形设计,提供给CFD软件来建立气动力分析模型。

Abstract:The technology of parametric modeling of a transport wing using CATIA was presented. The main parameters for wing design are the initial wing-area, aspect ratio, tape ratio, sweep back angle of quarter chord line, location of kink, dihedral angle and several wing shapes along span-wise and their twist angles. Base on above parameters, the other parameters of the wing configuration were automatically calculated by the built-in formula in the CATIA model. The actual wing-area and the wing volume were also calculated when the model was update. The parameters in the model can be accessed by program based on Visual Basic or Visual C++ platform via the further development interface, so the parametric model is fully satisfy the need of aerodynamics optimization of wing.
