设备运行过程故障容错控制研究

将故障诊断与容错技术相结合,提出了利用检测的故障信息对设备运行中的故障进行容错控制的设计方法,并对几种容错控制方案及其实现进行了分析和讨论,最后给出了一个工程实例。

A STUDY OF THE FAULT-TOLERANT CONTROL FOR PLANT IN OPERATIONAL PROCESSES

In this paper, a design way of the fault tolerant control for plant in the operational processes is presented. It is based on the detected failure information and a method of combination of the fault diagnosis and the tolerant techniques is adopted. At the same time, several schemes on the fault tolerant control and their implemented methods are introduced too. Finally, an example of the direct current motor variable speed equipment is given and analysed. The results show that operational reliability and safety can be effectively enhanced and capability of the failure autonomy for plant can be increased. The research level at present and the research topics in future on the fault tolerant control are briefly introduced at the end of this paper.
