| 摘 要： | 阐述了我国现有航天器多项目管理的模式和特点,在分析我国航天器项目管理发展基础上,根据航天器研制任务急剧增长的情况提出了项目群管理的概念和项目群管理模式的思路,为寻找更好的适合航天器快速发展的项目管理方法提供参考。

| Abstract: | Under the condition of rapid increase of spacecraft R&D missions, there is an urgent need to research on the project management methods. In this paper, the mode and characteristic of spacecraft multi-project management in China are discussed, and a new method based on program management concept and mode is presented, which is derived from the development analysis of the spacecraft project management in China. |
